By participating in a video chat reading with Megan Moira (hereafter referred to as “the host”) you are consenting to being recorded via video, audio, and still captured photography. You are responsible for compliance will all recording laws. The host can choose to record any and all meetings and webinars you participate in. By using these services, you are giving the host consent to store and access recordings for any and all meetings or webinars that you join, in perpetuity.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute video, audio, or still captured photography, (hereafter referred to as media) or any information from your one-on-one session for any purpose, unless you have been specifically permitted to do so via express written and notarized consent. All media recorded, captured, or shared during a session between you and the host is confidential. It is not to be shared. You may not resell or reuse any of the information recorded for personal or financial business gain. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights without obtaining the prior written and notarized consent of the Megan Moira. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Megan Moira, L.L.C. and any affiliates, employees, and consultants from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of this website, and the host’s services. All services rendered by Megan Moira shall be completed at an agreed upon time between Megan and the client. Each reading is done with utmost energetic care and respect for each individual client. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, as much advance notice as possible will be given.
